No returns, refund or exchanges.
I can't refund any shipping fee if you place multiple orders. But I can combine orders, please contact me by using the contact form, Twitter or email, otherwise I will ship them separately.
All items are check and packed carefully. We don't responsible for any damage incurred by items during the shipment.
Package will send back to post office when no one at home, please get them before the deadline, otherwise they will return to sender. if your package return to me or lost, I can resend the package (if the items still on stock) after you pay the shipping fee again.
If the items in your package are incorrect/missed, please provide me with your FULL NAME you used to purchase your item, shipping address and the order number. I will send the items to you again, I will cover the shipping fee.
